No, its not a good build.

1. BIGGEST CONCERN : Really bad power supply that I would not trust.
2. Bad choice in SSD, stick to reliable newer designs like Crucial M500 or Samsung 840 EVO.
3. Added cheaper AND faster RAM..
4. Motherboard isn't great for that price. Added a better one.
5. I would avoid XFX cards these days, they tend to be a lucky packet. But thats pure preference.
6. Chose a better chassis at same price.

Hmmm... thank you for recommending of some of the components. But my budget is strictly $1000 or less

Then drop the CPU cooler.

At the very least you need to get a better power supply than that CoolMax.

Power supplies can make or break a system. If a PSU blows and its an el chipo, you are likely to lose your complete system.

You LITERALLY get what you pay for. And that XFX is the cheapest you should be looking at.
