Is a Corsair CX430 psu enough for this build??????????

my spec
MotherBoard :Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H (rev1.2)
CPU :Intel i3 3220 3.30Ghz
Gpu :Zotac gtx 650 1gb gddr5 synergy edition
Ram : corsair XMS3 DDR3 8gb(2x4gb)
500gb HDD

Well the CX 430 only provides 336W on the 12v rail. Which is mainly what is used these days....

400watts total and is a blown up number because of crap PSU's on the market but actual system load is going to be in the 250watt range so still plenty.
