Hi I have a dell Inspiron windows 7. It was working fine but when I opened it this morning it gave me this message:Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the problem. I have selected both the start normally and the repair and also last good known configuration and safe mode and it keeps coming to a blue background with a bird. I can move my cursor but the windows button doesn't work, neither does ctrl+alt+delete. What should I do?

Are you able to load windows from safe mode and if not have you tried performing a system recovery?
