Solution
At this budget and no plans on overclocking, I would definitely go with an i7 and 780 Ti. The i7 will be stronger for longer with hyperthreading, and the 780 Ti needs no introduction lol

It has an i5-4670K (Haswell! It's the 4th gen!), a Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H (four RAM slots and 32GB max), G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (It's 2x8GB, which is Dual Channel and will give you a better perfomance), Toshiba Q Series 256GB 2.5" SSD (so you move the OS and games there, and your system will start up faster. The maps of your games will also load faster), Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM HDD (2TB will be more than enough I think, if you feel like you need more, get 3TB or 4TB then), Asus GeForce GTX 780 3GB (It's just AWESOME! It can run every game you want in Ultra smoothly! And well, it's from Asus!), Zalman Z12 Plus ATX Mid Tower (Zalman makes good cases), SeaSonic M12II 850W 80+ Bronze (I didn't put 1000W because it was $80 more, but this will be enough if you want to SLI in the future) and a Samsung SH-224BB DVD/CD Writer (Samsung optical drive for $22.99).

It will do whatever you want.
