this is in the wrong section. get it moved to the systems> new build section. use the new build form from "how to ask for build advice" sticky thread and fill it up.

post your own chosen parts within the budget, if possible. that'll narrow down hardware choices by a good margin.
i'd say..
cpu: core i5 4430,
motherboard: gigabyte b85 or asus z87-c or gigabyte z87x-ud3h,
ram/system memory: 2x 4GB, 1.5v gskill ripjaws ddr3 1600 ram or 2x 8GB,
if discreet gfx card needed,
gfx card:
for entry level: geforce gtx 750ti or radeon hd 7770-r7 260x whichever is cheaper,
mid range: r9 270x or gtx760,
power supply: seasonic s12ii 520 bronze 520w psu,
case: corsair 200r,
hdd: wb...

i didn't follow the 49k inr limit or use any website for reference, so this is just a sample.

another option may be to wait a few months, see how the new "haswell refresh" cpus and devils canyon series cpus turn out before buying right now.
