Upgrade question: GTX 560 > GTX 760 on my current system specs?

I'm looking to upgrade my system, but I'm on a relatively small budget, approx. £400. I was thinking of upgrading my graphics card to the GTX 760, but I'm wondering if that's the best for the money, and what else would be priority for upgrading? I use my PC for digital art and gaming.

My current specs are:

Coolermaster HAF 922
Intel i7 920 2.67ghz
Asus P6T Deluxe V2
Corsair (3x2gb)6gb DDR3 RAM (CM3X2G1600C8D)
Nvidia GTX 560
1TB hard drive

Edit: Oops, forgot. I have 620W PSU.

Thats the best deal. It is an amazing card and it shouldn't be bottle necked by your processor.

Thanks. Good to know my research has been backed up. I do wonder about my RAM though. Is it worth upgrading? I'm not really sure what's possible with this setup. My RAM knowledge is rather limited. D:

6 GB ram is more then enough. You shouldn't worry. The main work in gaming is your processor and graphic card Ram contribute very little to little.
