Upgrade question: GTX 560 > GTX 760 on my current system specs?

I'm looking to upgrade my system, but I'm on a relatively small budget, approx. £400. I was thinking of upgrading my graphics card to the GTX 760, but I'm wondering if that's the best for the money, and what else would be priority for upgrading? I use my PC for digital art and gaming.

My current specs are:

Coolermaster HAF 922
Intel i7 920 2.67ghz
Asus P6T Deluxe V2
Corsair (3x2gb)6gb DDR3 RAM (CM3X2G1600C8D)
Nvidia GTX 560
1TB hard drive

Edit: Oops, forgot. I have 620W PSU.

Thanks. Good to know my research has been backed up. I do wonder about my RAM though. Is it worth upgrading? I'm not really sure what's possible with this setup. My RAM knowledge is rather limited. D:
