Any other Graphics cards?

Of the top tier cards (780, 780 Ti, Titan, Titan Black (or whatever it is now), the 780 is probably the best bang for your buck, as most of the other cards are dipping into extremes price wise, while the 780 can be overclocked to achieve roughly the same performance as the latter 3.

Depends on what you consider "better".

If better is based on performance/price - then yes - almost every GPU for sale for over $100 is better than a 780.

If you want outright performance at around the $600 price tag - one of the 780's will be best.
