i5 4670k on an asrock z87 extreme3, voltage?

I wanna bump it up to 4.4 for starters (have an aftermarket CPU cooler and the PC is so cold it's cooling my room down)
but basically it comes already on 1.9v.

Should I change the voltage or just try to boot with it on 4.4?

I don't think this motherboard is very popular and so that's why I can't find any information. I can't mentally convert the data in the BIOS to match the data other people are posting about overclocking. The only setting I see is Fixed Voltage...
There's PCH 1.05v voltage @ 1.082V ...set to auto
and PCH 1.5v voltage @ 1.519V ...set to auto

and there's CPU input voltage on fixed mode at 1.900V.

I set it at 4.5 GHz and I'm running a Prime95 stress test, temps are are 55 C...
but it's only working @ 4 GHz. is this because of voltage?
It jumped to 4.5 GHz and temps went up to 60C, but now it's back at 4 GHz and 55 C.
