building a pc in side a wii is not going to be easy but this is the part list http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3gKfw i am not 100% sure how much modding this is going to take but it will be boss and i know an after market cooler is needed.
You know what you need to do, is get a PCIe riser and hook this sucker up in low-profile mode. It's only about 2/3 of an inch thick, and could probably be wedged in there
the heat sink is nice but the 2133 mhz ram is to compensate for a really bad gpu because it will have a minior roll as a look at what this small pc can do and i fit it in to a wii case tah da and money is not a real issue i have 1k that i can use for this project the wii is bricked too so i did not buy it and gut it

well the idea for this is you see how small can you go no real rules but heat is an issue if i manage to cram a gpu in that tiny encloser thats how the wii got bricked in the first place and the only place that i might be able to put mini fans and vents would be will be taken up by the gpu and on top of that the wiis thickness is 2 and 1/10 inch thick
