Hii , I just installed windows 8 64bit.
Prcessor - AMD A10 4600M
Graphic card memory - 3.5mb
Ram - 6gb
I previously had windows7 64bit. I gave my laptop to authorized service center . He then installed 32 bit version of W7. It showed me 2gb ram . He told me not to worry as Pc is using 6gb in background. My Pc performance gone bad. I reinstalled W8 64 bit.
But for some reason in Pc info page Installed memory is showing 2gb(1.48 usable) .It is making my laptop very slow.
I don't know the reason. Please suggest me the solution to correct the problem
