I'm going to be replacing my entire computer except for my two drives (One of which is a SSD where the OS is located). I'd like to start a new but keep my operating system. Is there anyway I can wipe the drive and re-install windows (I don't have a cd or code) or wipe everything except for my OS?

When you say you are replacing the computer, you mean MB, CPU,RAM? With a new MB, you're going to need to re-install the OS.

How should I go out this? I built my computer back in 2011 and purchased the 64-bit Windows 7 OEM CD. Do I have to re-purchase Windows?

According to the OEM license, it is only good for the first MB it was installed on. If you upgrade the MB, you'd have to buy another license.

That being said, you may be able install Windows, use the same license key, and if it fails to activate, call MS and tell them that you just replaced the MB, and they may allow it to activate anyway. Otherwise you'll have to purchase a license.
