Hi Guys,

I upgraded to a http://www.scan.co.uk/products/128gb-corsair-force-series-gs-25-ssd-sata-iii-6gb-s-sandforce-2200-mlc-read-560mb-s-write-535mb-s-92?utm_source=google+shopping&utm_medium=cpc&gclid=CKTryc6-sL0CFcuWtAod_moAcA a little while ago, however the ssd does not get detected by my pc?

I have a molex to Sata power cable for it and a Sata2 cable into my mobo (http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4305#sp), however i still can't see it in disk manager or anything.

Have i done something wrong here or should i assume dead out box? I have contacted Corsair however thought i'd ask on here whilst waiting for a reply.

Thanks!

This happened to me before and here's the steps I took.

1. Reinstalled Windows onto a different drive.
2. Formatted drive that is not being detected
3. Changed Sata Cable.
4. Booted up system and downloaded Windows migration software and migrated Windows from Hard drive to SSD.
5. Fixed!

Try it!
