How do I find out which connectors go where, from the Front panel to the motherboard?

I have an old case, and no idea what company made it and I dont have the manual anymore. How do I find out which pins connect to where onto the motherboard?

I have a front panel USB that I dont know how to hook up

Your motherboard manual should have it all. The board itself has names under the headers.

That's not really what I was talking about. There is a USB port in the front. It has letters on the pin connectors, like D 1 and D2, they dont correspond to the manual.

Yes, thats it! I dont know which connectors go to which pins. The lettering on the connector is different from the lettering on the motherboard and in the manual.
