Need a wifi driver for windows 8 64 bit

I just installed windows8 and found out that the wifi is not working, most probably i dont have the driver. How do i get it? i use a dell inspiron 14 (Inspiron 3421) laptop. Please help.

why are these files so large? More than 230MB! with my internet speed, it will take hours. I am using a different computer for downloading them (as i can't connect to internet from mine, and i don't have an ethernet cable too) so its quite a problem. Anyway, thanks for the help!

i am trying to download them, but they are very large in size, like more than 230 or 240 MB and taking too long to download. I can try to be patient, but, Any other way?? I can see they provide driver packages for bluetooth and many other, and that is why they must be large in size. I am looking for a download option for only Wifi driver, with lower file size! Anyway, thanks

As you all suggested, I downloaded the drivers from Dell's website, but when I tried to install it, at the end it just gives the message "Failed". I have the option to view log, but I could not figure out anything from it! Problem still not solved

Find a place where you can connect that same laptop using wired Ethernet, and use Dell' update program to find the correct driver. Looking at their site, there are three different models of WiFi (1703, 1704 and 1705), and there is a chance you've picked the wrong one.
