Will the XFX RADEON R9 290X 1000MHz 4GB DDR5 DP HDMI 2XDVI Graphics Card run Assassins Creed 4 at 60fps and at 1080p? I'm looking to build my first computer and I really like the AC franchise!:) it would be a big help if anyone knew anything!

  3. Yes it should be able to do that no problem. If you are going to be using a single 1080p screen, I recommend you save yourself some money and get a less expensive video card.

    The 290 and 290x shine at high resolutions, I think you would be better off with a 7970/280x (prices are starting to come down) or the GTX 770.
  4. The price doesn't matter to me because building the computer is for my senior project. The project is worth a huge amount of my grade my senior year!

  6. You probably don't need 4gbs unless you have like 3 monitors.

    Yeah I am and thanks! And yes I will get to keep it! It's something that they just grade you on and as soon as your finished with it there you take it home.
