bios update failed (image integrity check failed)

I've been trying to update my bios for days now. im using an AMD fx 6300 with a m5a97 EVO2. currently have 0402 bios utility version. I tried 0705, 0810, 0813, 0902, 1004, 1102, 1208, 1503, 1604 version and all failed updating using ezflash 2 with a FAT32 formated usb with a pop-up saying (image integrity check failed)

i tried this one too but when i download it, it's a CAP file. didn't work either
