hey guys, I have been lurking this forum for a while but never made an account..but now I need your help.
I recently bought a new GeForce GTX 760 SC, and everything was going great.
But about 2 weeks in i noticed my videos started to look a bit grainy and my whites in videos weren't exactly white. I've tried adjust every setting but have yet to figure out how to fix it.
Theres a picture attached to show you what I mean.
If anyone could point me in the right direction to fix this that would be amazing!
Thanks!
Edit: heres a link that works: http://imgur.com/VapCmyP

I am unable to see the picture you have posted, this only happens while watching videos? Have you tried using a different player? A different monitor?

I don't see anything wrong with that image, I think you took a screen shot instead of a picture with your camera. A screenshot captures the data itself, not imperfections caused by hardware.

I would try a different internet browser and see if you get the same results.

If you can, try a new cable. I get the feeling that it is hardware related. I would make sure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card though to get that out of the way.

Does this happen during games? Movies that are on your hard drive? If it does then it could be your graphics card. Usually when a card goes bad you see all sorts of strange colors displayed, not like what you are experiencing.

So i just streamed the same YouTube video to VLC and it doesn't seem to have a problem now. so it must be the YouTube player? any idea how to fix this? I really appreciate the help

Try updating your flash player, download from adobe.com. You will need to go there using IE or firefox because chrome will state you have the most up to date version already. So your going around that using the other browsers.

Updated flash and everything, and its still is a problem...I got to say, I was going to be ticked if it was just flash player this whole time lol

Hmm, not sure what it could be at this point but I think we can rule out hardware. Do you have any third party extensions on your browsers? Try running without any extensions and addons (I don't think this will be the cause since it's happening on multiple browsers, but worth a shot).

Sooooo I think we just took a step forward. I first ran chrome with all my extensions disabled. and it still looked bad. but then I ran it in incognito and It no longer has the problem....hmmm
