Asus Maximus VI Hero or Gigabyte Z87-D3HP

I'm having hard time deciding between the two because if I got for Hero I will have to settle for 4670k and if I choose D3HP I can accommodate 4770k ... The prices here are like Hero:18k, D3hp:11.5k, 4670k:15k, 4770:23k INR ...

Which is better combination in the long run ?? (Will be keeping rig for 4-5yrs)

Thanks ! Read few reviews of the D3HP and only negatives are SATA port placement & PCB is thinner compared to others ... Any better recommendation in its category ??
