The gaming part is that I want to play the games that are just releasing, and many of them. Please let me know what you think and if I am good to go.

Everything looks pretty solid.

The motherboard is somewhat expensive and you could find would that is equally is good for cheaper.
Make sure to get at least DDR3 1600 ram, lower timings the better.
The GTX 750Ti will not play the latest games at High/Ultra resolutions. Spending another 80-150$ would make the difference between a good system and an amazing, top of the line system. I would personally recommend the GTX 770 for that system, because you can play almost everything at ultra, with a few of the most demanding titles slightly lower (high settings). The 760 or 770 would be a better choice for a system as fast as the one here.

Can you recommend any motherobard for cheaper but less expensive? I like this price, and I would like to get a better GPU. So if you can, that would be great!

I always buy Gigabyte motherboards personally. They are made with good quality components and I have never had any problems with them. Here are a couple of their lower priced offerings:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128677&clickid=0cyUL72u%3AQ3Z3T22XuyMe3azUkTTtRzUQ0HWSI0&iradid=97618&ircid=2106&irpid=79301&nm_mc=AFC-IR&cm_mmc=AFC-IR-_-na-_-na-_-na

That would save you 50-60$ on the motherboard. If you really don't want to spend more money, drop the SSD. That would give you a total of 150$ to add to the graphics card. Take that 150$ and put it towards a GTX 770. SSD will give you faster loading speeds, the GTX 770 would make your games ALOT faster than the 750ti.

Thanks, however if you can show me an Asus or asrock motherboard, that will be better for me as I prefer those.
