Weird Seagate Barracuda 2TB Beeping/ Chirping

I have had this HDD for a while now but every time I scan it with AVG or another Antivirus program it makes a loud beeping sound which somewhat resembles the PC system speaker. I know it isnt the system speaker as I have removed it. It also passes all of the tests on seatools for windows and seatools for DOS without beeping once. PC specs:
i7 3770K
Seagate Barracuda 2TB ST2000DM001-9YN164 (This is the drive)
128GB Crucial M4 SSD
Asus P8Z77-V LK Motherboard
16GB Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz
MSI GTX 680
Corsair CX750

the os is on the ssd or the seagate .

My OS (which is Windows 8.1) is on my SSD along with some programs. however most of my programs are on my 2TB drive

unplug the hdd and retry the scan to see if sound come on again .

I have tried this, I can assure you that it is the 2TB drive making the sound..

did you made the acoustic test in dos and what are the result .

All I could hear in the acoustics test is the drive spinning up and down when load was being applied there was no beeping/ chirping whatsoever

then i would check if there is nothing that is making a short or touching the fan blade somewhere ,since the acoustic report normal .
