Sorry for making another thread about the same issue but I haven't really found an answer. Just to start off, here is what I have. Radeon 6670 it has 3 ports on it DVI, VGA and HDMI. I tested it out on a different PC and it worked just fine. Now here is what happens, when I plug in one monitor into VGA and the other into the adapter then HDMI both screens are black and nothing is happening, even if one screen is working it goes black when it is inside hdmi. Now when I try both monitors they work when in VGA separate. But when I just try to get one monitor through the HDMI nothing happens the pc is working but there is no picture or on the other monitor it says no signal. I had one monitor in VGA and then i just put in the converter into hdmi and the screen went black. So what I mean every time something is inside HDMI, all goes black.
So just to sum it up, both monitors work, the converter works fine, but when the converter is inside hdmi there is no screen showing.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do I am kind of desperate since I've been waiting to get dual monitors for quite some time. Also I updated the drivers and that wasn't the issue. Thanks in advance. :/
