Use Haswell or wait?

So, I'm in the midst of collecting future proof parts (case, storage, etc...) however I'm unsure on what to do CPU and even GPU wise. I will be building in about mid to late July hopefully so dates do matter. I heard that the Maxwell GPUs from Nvidia will be released in June but I can't confirm (any help on that front is helpful), and processor wise, I've heard that Intel won't be releasing Broadwell until Q4, and honestly, I need an upgrade, I'm using a crappy Acer laptop with an AMD CPU and integrated GPU, soooo ya. But any advice, input or information is always appreciated.

I would honestly wait before deciding. If Maxwell 800 series is coming out in June you'll likely hear an announcement by May. As for Broadwell? Haswell works fine, and the upcoming Haswell refresh improves overclocking performance, and will be out by the time you build.

Another important note is that Haswell refresh and Broadwenn both use the same chipset, so you could maybe use your same motherboard if you upgrade to broadwell later. (But don't quote me on that. Again ,more information will be coming out in the next month or two)

Thanks for the input! If the chipset stays the same, that'll be a plus for me because then the $300 I was planning to spend on the Formula wouldn't be a waste :D
