why can i run battelfield 4 but not gta iv

why can i run battlefield 4 on medium/high with 40/50 fps but i cant run gta iv on lowest settings. i get like 20 fps on gta iv on low
i have a Samsung ATIV Book 4 NP450R5G-X03SE
with intel core i5-3230M 3rd generation 2.6 GHz
i have a NVIDIA GeForce 710M with 2
GB
i have 8 gb ram 3 mb of CPU Cache.

Make sure youre nvidia cars is running and not integrated. Also gta4 was horribly optomized

GTA 4 is poorly optimized for PC so dont expect high FPS

25FPS in GTAIV is plenty, don't expect too much from that game, it's horribly optimized, and it just consumes resources.
You could check out some online resources, just google "GTAIV fps increase"

GTA IV is horribly coded for PC , at Its time when the 9800GX2 was the world fastest card couldn't drag this game above 40+ FPS at Constant , So Yeah that is the Big Problem.
There is nothing wrong with Laptop.
