Both are rosewill case`s same line
Names: Galaxy-03 and galaxy-02
In dimensions they`re the same. LxWxH wise

I just can`t decide which one`s better.
I`m leaning more towards the Galaxy 02 though.

Slightly different top treatment between cases. Neither one has very much room behind the MB tray for cable management, though.

Could you recomend a Case to me then?

The Rosewill challenger is much better then the galaxy, has cable management and in the 40-50 price range

At that price, no. Afraid not. They will all be narrow cases with no room behind the MB tray.
If you stick with your original choice(s), you will at least have a slight bulge in the side panel that will 'help' hide cables a bit. The hardest to conceal will be the heavy braided 24 pin cable and the CPU power cable(s) depending on your PSU of choice. If you cable-tie the big cables carefully to the tie-downs behind the tray, you can probably squeeze them in OK and still get the cover back on.

The NZXT Source 220 is a decent case with some room behind the motherboard tray for cable management. It's $49.99 at Newegg.

I guess it's all what one considers "enough" room behind the tray. Actually the one the OP picked will have more room with the slight bulge in the side panel than the Rosewill challenger.
