Is it my hard drive, CPU, or motherboard?

I get these random long pause spikes on my computer, it just happens randomly..
I reformatted it like 2 times and it still tends to happen..

I have the 8320 with 970A-G46 and 8GB ram.

It is not the cpu cooling problem, it maybe the VRMs section heat issues, where is next to the cpu socket I add the link, you can see the two small fans area. http://www.overclockers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=733680
Also I add other link you can see " MSI has confirmed that 8-cores exceed the safe limits of this board. " https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?key=0AgN1D79Joo7tdE9xMUFlMEVWeFhuckJEVF9aMmtpUFE&gid=0 Also this one too http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/330572-30-970a-warning So you can try to underclock the cpu frequency in the BIOS if you can ...

Or try the same add two small fans too. Let me know you work it out or not.
