Asus R7 260x Artifact in youtube videos

I just got this vid (Asus R7 260x) card (second one) I RMA the frist one for this same problem and this one is doing it aswell I need to know if its the card or just something with my computer here is a screenshot http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b287/Big_kevin5/youtubevideoArtifact.png the black pixles blink only in this spot (for now) any ideas?

Also what's your PSU, may be underpowered, want a decent 450 at least with about 19-20 AMPs on the 12 volt rail

I got a 750 watt psu http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139051 so i dont think its the PSU and it seems to only do this on flash videos and games when I have them in windowed mode (doesnt happen in full screen mode) Im wondering if its a software issue or hardware and if I should just get a refund or it might get fixed in a driver update.

also on youtube (and other similar video sites) the black pixles only come up in full screen if i go back to the small in browser mode they go away

Might try the latest driver or a beta if available, or even go back a diver version or two, at times when they fix one thing, it screws up something else that had been fine

One of my friend who has the same graphic card is facing same problem he has decent PSU which is not cause of the problem I found a solution for it in Youtube video right click and disable hardware acceleration it will fix the problem also when good and stable drivers comes out turn it on.

I got the exact same problem and it happens everywhere very rarely and very HARD to reproduce, but it can essentially appear anywhere on screen had it since January, I built my PC at work (We make PCs) so I done every possible test we could, we still are testing it today (Full system) and we cannot reproduce the issue it's just random, I have posted this issue everywhere, http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2162298/260x-artifacts.html including AMD forums, Sapphire, Sevenforums etc. People just say the same thing, Now I am convinced since you got the same GC twice and you're getting same issue as mine, I'd say it's a driver problem and AMD are sucking to fix it..

Plus I also got the Sapphire 2GB OC edition so it must be a driver issue..
