We have Direct TV and on satellite 119 the signal is interment.

We have Direct TV and on satellite 119 the signal is interment. It will be 79 then 0 (searching for signal) then back to 70. What seems to be our issue with our Direct TV receiver. This receiver was replaced and we still have the same issues

Like I said it sounds like a problem with the dish or the cable that runs from the dish to the receiver. Have you contacted Directv since the receiver was replaced, you'll probably need a service call to test the cabling and the dish.
