So, Soon I will order a Gaming PC from Digital Storm. I am sure of my decisions because the particular PC im ordering from them is almost the same price as DIY and i've heard nothing but good. So anyway, They have 4 configs and the 2 I am looking at are the Level 3; GTX 760, Regular Cooling and the Level 4; GTX 770; Upgraded Air Cooling. So please tell me if its much of a difference between the 760 and 770, and if the Upgraded Cooling is neccesary for major upgrades. Thanks.

There is some difference between the 760 and 770, but it's not huge. The upgraded air cooling is not specified, but it's definitely not necessary - at best it'll make the system a little quieter in use.

The systems seem very expensive for what you're getting.

Edit: The upgraded cooler appears to be a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo, but this is just judging from the pictures. It's a decent cooler, but not super-quiet. So it wouldn't be that much quieter than the regular cooler in most cases.
