Cooling it correctly

Intel Core i7-4820K is what I'm trying to install into a 2011 socket.
What's a good CPU cooler (preferrably non-water) for it, so I can play games that require much CPU usage?
I prefer it to be nothing more that like 60 bucks

The Noctua DH-14 is the best and most popular but has a price tag of about $88. For only about $35 you can get a Hyper 212 Evo which is only going to run 1-3 degrees celsius hotter so pretty good value.

+1 davil on hyper 212 evo also for even better cooling, you can replace stock fan and add one more fan for pull from hyper 212 evo with corsair sp120 high performance that has 2350rpm at max load
