Definitely not. It won't even tell you what software was used. That kind of info is not written to the disc, never has been.
It may be temporarily cached on the computer's hard drive, but only until disk cleanup is performed.

The Name of the burnning program shows on the disc info. I checked it with "DVD info Pro". It shows it as the software for creation."This shows under UDF Implimentation ID" When I use Cyberlink it shows cyberlink. When I use nnero it shows nero
