I have two issues at the moment.
OS- Windows 8.1
Monitor- BenQ XL2420T
GPU- Asus GTX780 Directcu II OC
First, the monitor is supposed to be able to support 1980x1020 at 120hz, but I can only get it to 60hz. I've tried going through the NVIDIA controller and the Windows controller, and nothing. I tried creating a custom resolution at 120hz, and the screen went black. Does anybody know how to get it to 120hz?
Second, the DVI-D Dual Link isn't working. My computer is detecting that it's plugged in, but no signal is being transmitted. Currently, I'm using an HDMI cable, but the 3D on this monitor only works with the DVI-D Dual Link. I've tried two brand new cables from two different companies, so I'm sure that isn't the issue. It's in the right ports at both ends. Like I said, my computer detects that it's plugged in, but won't transmit any signal. If I don't use the HDMI, all I get is a blue screen saying no signal detected, even when I reboot without the HDMI and just the DVI. Does anybody know how to get the DVI-D working?
