Yeah good.

Few thing you can do,

Instead of 1*8 GB you should go with 2*4GB.

Also if you check Compatibility Notes,
Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard has an onboard USB 3.0 header, but the Cooler Master HAF 922 ATX Mid Tower Case does not have front panel USB 3.0 ports.

This means you should get Different case/cabinate which offers front USB 3.0.

If you can spend an extra $15:

-Better quality psu.
-2x4gb of RAM to utilize dual channel memory.
-Much stronger GPU. The 750 ti is a good gpu for systems with a small psu. While it offers great performance considering the small amounts of wattage it draws, since you're getting a good quality psu, you're better off with a different gpu. The R9-270 outperforms the 750 ti at only a bit extra.
-Cheaper case. You can still go with the HAF 922 if you like, but you'll be having to go a bit over $815. The Corsair 300R is a great case for the price if you like the looks. Or if you want something that looks like a HAF 922 at a cheaper price, look at the HAF 912.
