Hello I am having an issue with my pc and was looking for some advice. So recently my computer would start squealing whenever I would start playing a game, i took off the cover and listened, narrowed it down to my psu or my graphics card that was making the noise, today it got really bad so I powered off and removed my video card to see if that would stop the squeal, it did and I installed it again and the squeal returned, but while I was listening again my monitors went black and my keyboard and mouse lost power. They work while my computer is booting up but once windows starts to load they shut off, I have restarted my comouter and I get the beep, changed my ram to other slots in my mobo but the problem is still occuring.

Solution
Do you try to update the drivers for the MB yet? If not try to update for the win7 OS only, if you run the win8 you don't need it and only the chipset driver.
Intel USB3.0 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Software+Products&ProductLine=Chipset+Software&ProductProduct=Intel%C2%AE+USB+3.0+eXtensible+Host+Controller+Driver
Intel chipset https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=20775
ASMedia® USB 3.0 controller http://www.usb3-drivers.com/download-asmedia-usb3-driver-for-Windows7-64bit.html

If you still have problem after update the driver, maybe try update the BIOS, but call / email asus first to see what they recommend.

Mobo:
Asus p8z77-v pro
Video card:
Asus r9280x
Psu:
Corsair gs700
Cpu:
Intel i5 3570k
Ram:
Corsair dominator platinum 8gb 1866
Storage :
Seagate barricuda 1tb
Samsung 840 evo

Also I found that none of the usb ports on my mobo are getting power and neither is the hdmi output on my mobo. They work during startup but when windows starts loading they all turn off/lose power
