As title. Note This is for research purposes and i most likely wont use this build. The build is supposed to be for a Gtx770 mainly for gaming and light Photoshop. (CS4 is all i have right now) and tell me what would be a good way to balance it. And if you have a better build with a 780 thats under 1800 tell me because this is for research purposes. Also i would prefer a locked processor because im going to make a cheap 600 dollar PC for OC practice.

Solution
good build :)
it is a revision of your build with the best bang for the buck parts
add cpu cooler for OC
12 phase VRM mobo, better OC
better ram 1866 LC9. you need no more than 8GB for gaming
GTX 770 evga acx cooler

Your build is looking pretty good, but there are a few changes you might wanna make. I way to cut down on some costs are...

A. Buy cheaper fans, and upgrade later.
B. Go with a GTX 760, it's arguably the best value on the market atm (I appreciate your EVGA choice though)
C. The Asus Maximus VI Hero provides similar performance to the Sabertooth at a bit lower cost. The thermal armor helps a little, but with the current technology is a bit of a gimmick. The Hero provides you with slightly better overclocking, at the cost of built-in wireless.
D. Although it isn't a cost-effective choice, an aftermarket CPU Cooler will help GREATLY reduce your temps if OCing. Consider a liquid NZXT or Corsair Hydro Series.
These are a few things to think about.
