iDefrag i do not remember downloading this nor is it in my uninstall option it only opens when i play games http://postimg.org/image/k0c7ybf8t/ what is that and what is it for

Its a system program that defrags your hard drives. Basically it takes all information that is split up (usually due to deleting and installing over time) and physically bunches that data together. This will help load times from that drive.
