I recommended the ASRock B75 PRO3-M, but the MSI should be as good. Unless the B75 chipset is an absolute requirement for a business computer, the Intel DH77EB would also be a good option.

Green usually for Front audio L+R
Orange for Center+Sub
Black For Side/Rear L+R

So just plug into the mobo with same color, mostly nowadays audio driver will auto detect and let u chose what it for (as u like)...

(or u can just let it auto then it will set as default configuration above)

My budget is max 7000 rs (~100$)
Is the Asrock b75 pro3 better than MSi b75ma g43
Ive Found only these 2 motherboard yet under my budget
Brands I can buy here are Gigabyte , Asus , MSI and Asrock
