Clean install from XP Pro 32-bit to Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit

I'm aware that I need to do a clean install, which is what I've tried, but I get a BSOD error saying:

STOP Oxoooooo7e

NTFS.sys

If anymore information is required, I'll see if I can provide it.

Nickbachu, that's exactly try what I'm trying to do though. That's why I posted the thread in the first place, because it isn't working.

And 474545b, I have wiped and formatted the drive twice, and it even asks me to do so while clean installing Windows 7, and I do that too.
