Gtx 560 vs gtx 750 ?

I believe the GTX560 is similar to an HD6870:

The Asus GTX750Ti at 10% over stock (the performance number in the benchmark) is similar to an HD7850:

So the GTX750Ti would be roughly 25% faster (HD7850/HD6870; couldn't find everything on the same benchmark).

Since the DRIVER update has unlocked further overclocking 30% over stock has been attainable which raises performance roughly up to about 45% over a GTX560 (less if overclocked).

Thus my guess is somewhere between a 20% and 40% improvement so if you are UPGRADING I think it's not significant enough. The CPU will also affect performance and my bottleneck things if it's not fast enough.

I suggest a minimum GTX760 (Gigabyte model is $230 USD) provided the power supply supports it, Windows is 64-bit (amount of supported memory) and the CPU isn't too much of a bottleneck.

If the system is fairly old it might not even be worth upgrading.
