Though the total cost exceeded your budget by 5 USD, its totally worth it. You will be able to play all games smoothly upto Full HD resolution.

If you don't want to pay the extra, this is a build with R9 270X. But as GTX 760 is a better card, I'd advice you to stick to the first build.
