4gb Ram installed on my workstation that it was already had 6gb (5.96 usable)

Hello i have an HP Z400 workstation with windows 7 64bit on it and today i upgrade it's RAM from 6gb to 10gb but when i enter to computer>properties says 10gb ram 5.96 usable why that happens?? What i have to do??

I attached a photo of its first star-up after i installed the rams.

The two biggest factors are RAM compatibility or defect, but here's a few suggestions:
1. Max Memory - Press Start/Windows+R -> type in msconfig, press Enter -> Boot -> Advanced Settings -> Uncheck Max Memory
2. Single Channel - Install your RAM modules in a manner that doesn't enable dual channel mode. I.E. [CPU] 3GB 3GB 2GB 2GB
3. See if your BIOS will allow you to change the RAM settings to the lowest common values of both kits.
