Cores: 2

and

2.0 GB DDR3

Speed: 1066 MHz
Form factor: DIMM
Hardware reserved: 67.5 Mb

and
INTEL(R)G41 EXPRESS CHIPSET I WANT TO INCREASE MY DEDICATED GRAPHIC MEMORY

AND WANT TO KNOW what is maximum graphic memory

Get a GPU. No other way to get dedicated VRAM.

Maximum graphics memory is used when there's an integrated GPU that takes memory from system RAM.

Add a dedicated graphics card to increase your dedicated graphic memory.
For the maximum I've seen some vendors marketing some high-end titan cards with 6GB of GDDR5 memory..
Of course they're not recommended for such low-end and outdated PC like yours..
