For GTX 780 SLI (two GPUs), I'd get a 1000W Power Supply. So here's my suggestion:

I've changed the RAM to another 16GB Corsair Vengeance (Dual Channel), DDR3 and 1866MHz. Just like the one you put, though this one is cheaper. I've also changed the Corsair Power Supply (850W, Full) to another Corsair Power Supply (1000W, Full and 80+ Gold). I've also changed the Corsair case to a Zalman Z12 Plus case, and with that I saved £80. Those £80 were used to upgrade your CPU (i5-4670K, Intel) to an i7-4770K (Intel). The i7 has Hyper-Threading. It'll be useful in some things. I've also changed the 2TB hard drive to a 3TB hard drive, so you'll have 1TB more. You never know when you'll need 1TB!

Seems great for the price!

Why do you want 16GB of RAM though?
