Hello Guys,
I bought new parts to assemble my new gaming rig.I did assembled too but it is not working properly. All goes well until I put my GPU.My GPU have one 6 pin & one 8 pin.But whenever I plug both of them with my PSU my motherboard gives no output even if I join my monitor with motherboard or with GPU.Can you guys help me & seggest what really went wrong?
Also I can't install drivers for it.I tried from the CD which came with it & also tried by downloading. It just fails in the middle.I tried installing the driver without joining the GPU too but no luck.

My specs
msi z87-g45
sapphire r9 290 tri-x
1300w psu
8 gb ram
i7 4770
Windows 7 64 bit

Thanks

Okay, maybe a troubleshoot will do the trick.

Step 1: Check connection. May be a bad cord, port, etc.
Step 2: Try different monitor.
Step 3: Contact AMD Technical Support.

Alright, so It's safe to say you have enough power.

Do you have the connection plugged into the motherboard or the graphics card?
If you have it connected it to your motherboard, change it to your graphics card.

You may need to use the motherboard connection, go to AMD's website and download the latest drivers for the R9 290.

I tried plugging in both with motherboard & with GPU too but gives no output.
I'd tried downloading them too.
