Hi, newly purchased seagate hard disk is not responding,even the data stored in it not showing up, its a newly purchased computer, window8.1 OEM, what to do next & how to rectify this. It was purchased in New Delhi,India on 11/03/2014
II, I assemble a new computer for video editing purpose, brand new, stored some important data in it, I cant afford to loose it, this drive didn,t ork for even 4 days. I am helpless now. I am not that much experienced, in its hard ware and all, How to find its numbers etc.
