Personally, I'd go with the Haswell Intel build (first link). Minecraft is primarily CPU-based, and the Haswell technology will be a little bit stronger with it. Because you will be recording, I would also suggest maybe spending a bit on an SSD to record your files to. It makes a huge framerate improvement while recording!

In that case, I'd go the Intel route. A little bit cheaper, and will see a boost in performance with Minecraft
