Is 430W PSU enough?

I have a PC that I just built and I am trying to figure out if 430W is enough or if I need to make a upgrade...

PC SPECS:
Motherboard: MSI 970A-G43
CPU: AMD FX-6300
CPU COOLER: CoolerMaster TX3
GPU: Sapphire ATI R7 260X
RAM: Kingston HyperX Blu 8GB (2x4GB)
HDD: Western Digital 500GB Caviar Blue
ODD: Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE
PSU: Corsair CX430W
OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit
CASE: Thermaltake V4 Black Edition

What would be a recommended power supply size? I plan on overclocking a bit as well... what would be a good overclock setting? Would I need a stronger power supply if I plan on overclocking? If I get a new power supply, what can I do with the old one from newegg?

Hard to say which are best brands. But people will agree with Seasonic and XFX. Also, Antec is good and some higher end Corsair models. 620W is enough for overclocking and would support even a 280x. This is a general guide how to know which are better:

Well... PCPartPicker's Estimated Wattage Calculator told me that I needed roughly only 330W for my complete system, so I added 100W just to be safe... How good is PCPartPicker's Calculator?

We can't say that it is bad. But it will say the minimum requirement always. We always prefer the recommended Wattage just to put your CPU not in risk. Always keep in mind, AMD uses more power. Also if you are going to use the GPU to full level playing in high settings it will require more power. That is the reason I asked you to get 500W just to be in safer side. It will not cost you more than $10 but saves you from problem in future.

Alright, well I am torn between going with a 500W, 600W, 700W and 750W... I would prefer to have the higher because I do plan on using this for intensive purposes such as gaming and overclocking... I just don't want to burn up even more money than I already have... What are the best brands for the best prices?
