Hmm..
Well the 6770 is a pretty good card, unless you want to play games like BF3, BF4, or Titanfall.
I would recommend upgrading your motherboard and CPU!
Here's what I recommend:
Processor: http://www.amazon.com/AMD-FD8320FRHKBOX-FX-8320-FX-Series-Edition/dp/B009O7YU56/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1396063898&sr=8-1&keywords=FX+8320
Motherboard: http://www.amazon.com/ASUS-M5A97-R2-0-SATA-Motherboard/dp/B008V9959O/ref=sr_1_4?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1396063954&sr=1-4&keywords=AM3%2B
CPU Cooler: http://www.amazon.com/Noctua-NH-U12-Sockets-Heatpipe-Cooling/dp/B00C9EYVGY/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1396064050&sr=8-2&keywords=Noctua+AM3%2B

The CPU Cooler is just in case because AMD processors tend to get really hot.

This is all under your 300$ budget! If shipping and handling exceeds 300$ then just get a lower quality CPU cooler.

Happy Computing!
