I do appoligize if this is in the wrong location but my computer was all good and working fine. it is a reasonably new computer running windows 8.1. Now my issue is that for some reason it was working fine but, now if i go to youtube the first video will work, but every other video after that wont buffer, unless i restart my computer and then the proccess restarts.
A friend of mine has also had this issue, on his old windows 7 pc but he just ended up getting a new computer please help.
i have tried many things such as disabling add ons and browser plug ins, but its the same for all browsers.
thanks for reading.
i know its not an internet issue as i have 30mb download speed and everything works on my laptop.

There are several solutions. Some of them will seem unrelated. But the 'unrelated' always gets my goat with software issues (which is your problem).

1: Update Microsoft Silverlight
2: Update Java
3: Update Adobe

Complete those and get back to us.

Best of luck

Then the ultimate solution is to back up your data (if you can complete such a task), and install Windows fresh. I know it sounds like a pain, but a new install will have the machine running its best. And in the future stick with one browser. The way browsers utilize cookies and other such can complicate matters if you use many.

Try it. Good luck.

Problem with video players in my personal experience has been a driver issue 100% of the time. Again - it's a driver problem, virus or antivirus - I'm almost sure of it. A clean windows install may fix the problem.

Are you running a pirated version of windows? Please don't answer that question here, but if you are running any torrented software it could be contributing to your problems.
