I have a MSI KA780g motherboard. I currently am using the OCZ2G8004GK memory. Not sure if this is the problem or not. My system seems groggy. But I would like to know what the best DDR2 memory is that I should get. I am into gaming.

800mhz? 1066mhz? Not sure. I am a noobie.

I think you should invest for a SSD instead for a memory upgrade. DDR2 is expensive because its now rare and phased out. You will notice the difference in performance when using SSD as your system drive.
