MSI Z77A-GD65 How can I recover BIOS 1 from BIOS 2?

Hi :)
I was so stupid today that I wanted to check a litttle bit more on my BIOS, after I had made it perfect for me. Inside settings I found "Windows 8 feature" or something like that. I turned it on, and restarted my pc. It went straight on a cmd thingy, and said it could not find "startup.sdf" or something similar. I've built my pc myself and have recovered BIOS 1 once before, but I've forgot how I did it :p. So could anyone plz say me how you do it, I'm currently running on BIOS 2 and I doesn't like it cause I want it like a backup BIOS 2 for stuff like this.

Have you tried the clear bios button. It's at the back by the audio jacks. Should reset to the default bios settings, you will then have to put all your settings in again. Or you could flash the bios with the new version from the msi web site. It is up to v1.7 now I think.
